These terms apply when you buy from thermease.store. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
ThermEase is run by connor walker, trading as ThermEase. Email: thermease4@gmail.com. Our postal address is on our Contact information page. Our products are for personal, household use. These terms do not cover purchases for business use.
2. Your order
After you order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, its price is wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we have made an obvious mistake with a price, we will contact you before dispatch so you can buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy. The products are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. They become yours once we have received full payment.
5. Returns and your legal rights
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, as explained in our Return and refund policy. You also have legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described. For advice, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.

9. Reviews
We publish genuine customer reviews, good and bad. We do not write fake reviews, pay for positive ones, or hide negative ones because they are negative. We may remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful or not about our products.
