About us

ThermEase is a small online shop based in Cannock, Staffordshire, run by one person. We sell heated massagers for knees, ankles, wrists and shoulders that you can use at home, at your desk or on the sofa.

How we work

We don't make the massagers ourselves. We choose them from manufacturers we work with, and your order is sent straight to you by our fulfilment partners. We deliver to UK addresses only: Standard delivery takes 3–6 days and Economy takes 6–9 days.

What we promise

• Clear prices, with the delivery cost shown before you pay.
• 30 days to change your mind. Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as explained in our refund policy.
• A real person reading and answering every email.
