Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. There are two delivery options, and both are free on orders of £50 or more.
Delivery costs and times

You choose your delivery option at checkout, and the cost is shown before you pay. We do not currently deliver outside the UK. Remote areas and islands can take a few days longer.
Where your order comes from
Your order is packed and sent by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse outside the UK, so your parcel may show an overseas sender or return address. Returns always come to our UK address, as explained in our Return and refund policy.
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show its first update, so don't worry if it is quiet at first.
Customs and import charges
You should not be asked to pay any customs or import charges. If a carrier asks you for one, contact us before paying and we will sort it out.
Late, lost or missing parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
- If your order has not arrived 30 working days after dispatch, email us. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
- If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and any safe place, then email us within a few days. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it cannot be found.

Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can change it until your order is dispatched. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address given was wrong, we will either resend it once the delivery charge has been paid again, or refund the items.
