Prices and bundles
How do the bundle savings work?
Knee massagers: choose Buy 2 to save 10% or Buy 3 to save 15%, then add to cart. The saving comes off automatically - no code needed.
Ankle and foot massager: choose Double for two braces, one for each ankle. It costs less than buying two singles.
Wrist massager: choose Pair for one wrap for each wrist. It costs less than buying two singles.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery (3–6 days) is £4 and Economy delivery (6–9 days) is £3. Both are free on orders of £50 or more.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery takes 3–6 days and Economy takes 6–9 days, counted from when you order. Our massagers are sent to you by our fulfilment partners.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Returns and refunds
What if I change my mind?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us with your order number to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you. We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it.
What are my legal rights?
Our 30 days to return are on top of your legal rights. UK law gives you 14 days to cancel an online order for any reason, and if an item is faulty you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. See our refund policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or isn't working. What do I do?
Email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund or a replacement. We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or wrong items.
Using your massager
Is it a medical device?
No. Our massagers are designed for comfort and relaxation. They aren't medical devices and aren't meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Is it safe for everyone?
Always read the user manual first. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, have a pacemaker or other implant, or have reduced feeling in your skin, check with your doctor before use. Don't use the heat on broken or numb skin, and stop if it feels too hot.
How do I charge it?
Each massager comes with a USB charging cable. Some models can't be used while they're charging - the product page and user manual tell you which.
